allow my child to quit school, well Meredith is getting her GED! I also said my child will NEVER hit me and Loni has and survived. I need to just stop saying stuff like that because I am jinx-ing myself. It is so easy when your not the one "in" it. But when you put that other shoe on it suddenly seems different. Well if you didn't know by now let me tell you I AM NOT A PERFECT MOM:) Do I have any joiners out there?Tomorrow we are supposed to have a playdate at Casey's. Lori and Nanette were both coming and I was REALLY looking forward to it. I got all my stuff ready tonight. Cool toys for the girls, swimsuit for Zoe and dress up for Katherine. Now Casey says she may cancel. I am bummed someone better offer to meet up somewhere else!! That is a hint. My house is always open but I know I am kind of far out! Okay I want to go read my book. It sucked me in last night!! I love you ladies.

First, I don't think Casey is going to cancel, but if she does - we'll head to your house! :)
Next, Selsun Blue will kill the cradle cap in one or two washings. Just so you know, Zoe STILL screams every time I wash her hair. Every time. It bites, but it is necessary. It is also one of the reasons Zoe's hair is short... less washing time ;)
Don't be too hard on yourself as a mother. You have wonderful daughters who are EACH unique and lovely. More importantly, they are fabulous human beings - a joy to be around! Focus on THAT :)

Ummm, don't feel bad, Brian has terrible cradle cap still. We have had such a hard time getting rid of it and his skin is so sensitive that we have to be really careful re: what we use in his hair to get it out...so I feel your pain!!!

Hey! Just wanted to tell you, Sullivan has cradle cap too. He is 2. Every Dr (except 1) has told me it is not a big deal, that it just happens to some, They actualyl told me not to try to comb it out because it can pul lhis hair out and let me tell you it was!!! The best advise that seems to work wonders is to put a drop of olive oil on it every night! It works. I scrub Sullivan every night, rarely does he miss a bath or a hair wash. Hair dresser actually told me to quit washing his hair so much! So, you are NOT a bad mom, you have a kiddo with cradle cap. Big deal. Put some oil on it and don't worry...it will be OK.
